Breakfast


Smoothie

1 cup of Almond Vanilla Milk
1/2 cup of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup of Bear Naked Granola Vanilla Almond Crunch
1 Banana
1 tablespoon of Bob's Red Mill Chia Seeds

Coffee with Hazelnut Creamer

Snack time


My co-worker surprised me with Pumpkin Spice Cupcake w/ cream cheese frosting... so good.

Lunch



California Egg- Wrap

Ingredients: eggs, diced lean ham, salt, pepper, tortilla, goat cheese, baby spinach, finely chopped tomato, and avocado.

 Baby Carrots & Edamame  

Dinner


Chicken Fajita Bowl

Ingredients: chicken breast, chopped green & red pepper, chopped onion, romaine lettuce, baby spinach, black beans, brown rice, tomato salsa and guacamole.
