My co-worker surprised me with Pumpkin Spice Cupcake w/ cream cheese frosting... so good.
Lunch
California Egg- Wrap
Ingredients: eggs, diced lean ham, salt, pepper, tortilla, goat cheese, baby spinach, finely chopped tomato, and avocado.
Baby Carrots & Edamame
Dinner
Chicken Fajita Bowl
Ingredients: chicken breast, chopped green & red pepper, chopped onion, romaine lettuce, baby spinach, black beans, brown rice, tomato salsa and guacamole.
